You may import users from the Active Directory to AX as an AX user account, but not as an employee. You have to create the employee and link it against the user account created manually, or by the AD import wizard.

As Vilmos stated there is no option to sync data between the workers in AX and AD. In earlier versions you could get some contact details from a worker, but this feature has been depreciated. There is an option to sync some data using a customization (worker needs to be linked with AX user), but be aware that there is no link between a position hierarchy in AX and AD. So, it would be very hard to achieve your question with a customization.
