Adding document via Timeline > Note does this save to Sharepoint

Posted on by 184

I wanted to ask when adding a document to a contact record via Timeline > Notes and attaching the document.

Does this save to Sharepoint?

You can move note attachment to SharePoint by using Power Automate.

Thanks, how can i view documents stored this way as my storage is high and i need to ensure they are stored on sharepoint instead.

Is there a way to turn off storing documents this way?

    Hi,

No it is not stored on SharePoint. In fact, the attachments consume the file part of your storage.

    No it doesn't.

When adding a document on "document associated grid", the file is saved on SharePoint.
