Dynamics 365 Portal: Create a Case issue

Hi Guys
I have some confusions; it would be great if you guys can provide your suggestions.
Scenario: We want both anonymous & authenticated users to ‘create a case’ on Portal

Action: We have created two different entity forms against case entity for both Authorized & Anonymous user

Issue: When we go to the portal both Authorized and Anonymous user are seeing the same form. Authorized user can submit it but anonymous user can’t. As customer is a mandatory field on ‘create case’ on portal, we are not able to create it as it remains blank.
