Hi all,
We are working on an integration between Dynamics 365 Field Service and a third-party scheduling tool.
When technicians update the Booking Status on the Bookable Resource Booking (BRB) via the Field Service Mobile App, the record in Dynamics only shows the modifiedon timestamp — i.e., the time when the change is processed in Dataverse.
modifiedon
Our concern is the offline scenario:
If the technician is offline and changes the status (e.g., “Traveling”), the record syncs later.
In that case, is there anywhere in Dynamics where the actual action timestamp (the moment when the user pressed the status change while being offline) is stored?
Or is the only available value the Dataverse processing time (modifiedon)?
We’ve checked the BRB entity itself and can't see such a field. Does this information exist somewhere (audit logs, related entities, mobile metadata), or would this require a customization on the mobile client to push the action timestamp into a custom field?
Any guidance from the community would be much appreciated!
