From email address showing user name

Hi,

I have a customer voice email template in production. When that sends an email, the from addresses email is showing the company name.

I copied this survey from the production to our pre-production environment and the email is coming out fine, but the name in the from field has the name of the support engineer who setup the power automate flow for the survey.

Any idea where that is configured?
