NAV Does Not Generate Invoice

Help please, I am using NAV 2019. I have linked NAV with Electronic Payments System that exports transactions to Navision which automatically will generate a receipt and an invoice. I have an error that the receipt is generated but the invoice is not generated. Please let me know how to sort this out so I can get my invoice.
