Hello,
We have upgraded from 2015 to 2016 and have tried several ways to get the user personalisation across without any success.
Would I be right in assuming this is not achievable or has anyone managed it OK?
Any help would be very appreciated.

Apparently, due to the way in which our upgrade was carried out this was not possible. However, we could have done it this way and saved some time. Next time...
Agree with Mohana - have you tried XML export-import of metadata? Have you face any specific issues with that?
Didnt you use same database?
we can export personalizations from NAV2015 and import in NAV2016 with a xmlport
