Using Queues to Monitor Workload - Can a Queue Task owner be retained when it flows to new Queue

Hi all,

I have several Queues set up that manage the lifecycle of an application (let's call them Q1-Q7) - and requires different teams to work different Queues, but ultimately the application needs to keep coming back to the same Agent who picked it from Q1.

I have the flows set up that shift the task to the different Queues based on a status, but when it does it loses the Original Agent as the Owner.

Is there a way that the owner of the Q1 task, can remain the owner of the Task throughout it's whole lifecycle from Q1 to Q7? So that when picked from Q1 the owner is Assigned, and even though it is worked on by someone else in Q2, when it flows to Q3 it is automatically assigned back to the Owner who picked it from Q1?

I have the same question (0)
