External form and page with prefill fields

Issue: Within Marketing I want to send an email, containing a link. This link goes to a page with a form where customer information is entered. This form and page is not built in Marketing, but is an external page and form.

The ideal situation would be that when the customer clicks on the link in the email, the person's information is already pre-populated. Is this possible when this form and page is not built in Marketing? If so, how?

Hi SachaPeddemors,

We can try to embed the form on an external website and we can choose to enable prefill on the embedded form.

Hi Leco, thank you for your comment. But this form is also an external form, so not built in Dynamics.

pre-filling of external forms is not supported at the moment.
