I am installing 2009 R2 it is giving error d:\Microsoft.dynamcis.Nav.Client.DynamicsOnlineContent.dll . verify that the file exists and u can access it

Have you tried ‘Long Path Tool’ ?
it’s very useful in this type of case.
Changing the path can really help. I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago and it helped.

The path "E:\\Software\Microsoft Software\Microsoft Navision\Dynamics.NAV60R2.IN.1097407.DVD\Dynamics.NAV60R2.IN.1097407.DVD\Installers\IN\RTC\PFiles\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\RoleTailored Client\Add-Ins\Connect\en-US\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.DynamicsOnlineConnect.resources.dll" is way too long.
Windows can't handle such long paths during installations.
Copy the files to E:\NAV2009\ and run it from there.

The errors reported here are very different. What type of installation are you doing? It seems so strange...
1)

Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
Here it seems that the Connect add-in is missing on your installation. Please check if the path is correct.
2)
Service 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server' (MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
Here it seems that your user can't start a windows service. Are you an administrator?
3)
Could not connect to the SQL database. (-2147467259 master ). This can be caused by insufficient permissions. Indirect permissions through Windows group memberships may not work as expected when User Account Control (UAC) is turned on.
Same as before. Your user can't access the master db on SQL Server.
4)
