How to Prevent Filter Territory on Schedule Board for particular work Order? As I turned it off on Board View Setting

Posted on by 295

I am facing an issue in which I have turned off the Filter Territory over Schedule Board Setting. But when I am going to schedule a Work Order by clicking on Book Button the Schedule Board is opened with POPULATED filter Territory. Kindly assist me to solve this issue.

Regards,

Ashar Mustafa,

    Hi Ashar Mustafa,

According to my test, that setting would not affect the behavior that you book a work order. When the field named Service Territory has value on the Work Order record, the territory would be  automatically populated on the Schedule Board.

There should has a setting in the URS as the doc says:

    However, I couldn't find it:

You could raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.
