We want to hear from our customers and we have the desire to better understand their needs. I was thinking it might be helpful just to place the short survey questions directly on the email. I tried using the embed codes from customer voice surveys but they don't "draw" the survey questions in. I can however embed a short questionnaire using the embed codes from Microsoft forms. These short survey questions only show in the email when it is opened in the browser. They look really great and compile results however, the results do not compile in the customer voice results area. Now I have survey results in more than one location. We would prefer to use the customer Voice Surveys for everything. Any suggestions?
