When I click into an account in Dynamics the screen just continues to say "loading business logic" and never loads the page. This started last week when some type of interface update was pushed by dynamics.
It works in microsoft edge, but not in chrome. Please let me know how I can fix.
After 8.2 to 9 upgrade, dynamics 365 online version is not working for drill downs, the contact drill down says "Loading business logic" and it just keeps spinning in IE 11. i tried the same navigation in Chrome, and it works just fine in Chrome. Any idea?
It's a browser / caching issue within Chrome see community.dynamics.com/.../290865
To resolve if first test by browsing to the site using Chrome's Incognito mode. And if it works in that clear Chrome's cache (Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Clear Browsing Data)
