How to run a ER report from a new menuitem

Good day
Please can you assist.  I have a new ER report that does not relate to any of the existing Print Management reports.
I need to be able to run this report from a menuitem on the Menu.
How do I do this.

    You can run an ER report by code like this: 
    ERObjectsFactory::createFormatMappingRunByFormatMappingId(formatMappingId)
    .withFileDestination(ERObjectsFactory::createFileDestinationBrowser())
    .withParameter(erModelNewDefinitionInputParametersAction)
    .run();
    This particular code is from AlcoholDeclarationElectronicReportGenerator_RU class, but you can find a plenty of other examples if needed.
