Hello, community,

On our side, there is some restriction to see the Birthday, Gender, and Marital status of employees and sometimes National ID.

Is there a way how could I handle this? Is there an option, where You could set up - show/hide this information from PeopleHub?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Mantas Sedys,

On the "Personal information" card you have three dots - Select the three dots and click on manage - It will navigate to the new form where you will see all the details shown on the "Personal information" card.

On that form you can enable disable fields using "Personalization" option.

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

    Hi Girish,

I did the changes, but the result is not as expected.

I created a new view of the form but in the person hub the information about the birth date is still showing.

If it doesn't work then you need to do with security roles. You can set the "needed permission" property on the form control and add that control to privilege. Later you can assign that to duty and then to role.

Also if its human resource product then you wont have backend access.

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

Girish, this part "You can set the "needed permission" property on the form control" could be done without X++?  If possible, any references would be wonderful!

No it will be done from backend only.

Another option will be through security configuration form. Navigation will be below

System administration >> Security  >> Security configuration >> Select the role >> Select Tables from Reference group grid >> On the right side it will show all the tables in grid >> Select your table and  click on Add references button on top. Now it will open new form on right side with list of fields related to table selected.

Now you can select the required fields and set the read, update, create and delete to Deny and publish.

But this will hide the fields from worker form also.

    Thanks,

    Girish S

    Hi Mantas,

The only way is x++ because if you use security then you won't see the control.

The security privilege for this form is "View personal information summary for workers" and form name is "HcmPersonalCardsFormPartView". I was checking whether it can possible via security but there is no option.

If you are using Dynamics 365 HR, then you cannot do this because you will not have access to backend but if you are using Dynamics 365 F&O - HR then you need to ask developer to add control in the privileges and you can control this via security.

Parag Chapre , GirishS thank you both for the information and time!

    I guess I need to start learning the x++  :) :D
