Business central outlook integration download not available

We are working on setting up Outlook integration in Business Central. To do this, we need to download the Outlook add-ins from Business Central. However, we are facing an issue: when we attempt to download the add-on files (OutlookAddins.zip), the file appears to be empty.

After pressing download and continue it shows this error.

This error also shows while using the function get the Outlook add-in

Does anyone know how we could resolve this?

Hi

Is it onpremise or saas? The error message is shown when you click on the download add-in option

The premise is saas. We are also based in the netherlands. the error is shown when clicking on the download button.

Hiya, it should look like this

Here is the file I downloaded - you can unzip this and possibly edit the XML for your own system values before loading to M365 admin portal

Just do a find and replace for all the end points shown in the XML - (so update the tenancy ID and environment name) the rest is generic from my understanding.
