Licensing Help _ Nav 2013 R2 Perpectual License

Hi I'm on the above license type. Currently I'm only using a single production database. Is it possible and legal if I were to create a second production database in the same SQL server? We're thinking of using a different database for a different business entity. Thanks

    As I think it is illegal because your license was issued for a one business entity.

    for that case you need a second license. best you contact your nav partner to assist or the license management department at microsoft for advice.
