No Open email or Link clicked tracking

Hello, for some reason, whenever I sent emails, (Real time marketing) there is a 0 opened emails, even I sent email to myself and opened/read, it doesn't show anything in Emails insights. 0 opened, 0 links clicks. Not sure if I am missing something, my understanding that web beacon inserted automatically into each message, and Marketing tracking email opening.

    We are experiencing the same issue, albeit in Outbound Marketing. Emails appear to send and Sent/Delivered count populates, but no Open or Click stats since around 17 August it looks like.

    We have been experiencing the same where we do not receive any email analytics for open email or links clicked despite being opened or clicked. We were informed it is a bug that will hopefully be resolved in future updates.

    have you checked the tracking model in your compliance profile? Or the opt-ins in the consent record for the email you sent it to?
     
     
    Depending on your compliance profile you must be opted in to tracking, in order to see it in the insights or use it in journeys.

    Hi Zhenya,
     
    1.Test sends will not be counted in the analysis because the Analysis tab will only summarize the data from each journey, and test sends are not sent via journey.
    2.If there is only one send, the analysis will not show the data, it is recommended that you send multiple times and generate multiple journeys.
    3.According to the documentation, the beacon is a transparent image and when a contact opens the email, the opener is recorded:
    Therefore, you need to check that the email is fully loaded, preferably by clicking on the body of the email, and if the email contains a link (e.g. to subscribe), it is recommended that you also click the submit button once after clicking on the link.
    The result is shown below, no matter how many times I click on the same email, the analytics will only record it once, unless I send and click on different emails by journeys multiple times.
