I am not able to see the Case resolve button and Create Child case button for Case entity in Customer Service Team Member app but I can see the same buttons in Customer Service hub and Custom apps..
Are there any restrictions for Customer Service team member app ?

Yes, The Command Bar of Customer Service team member app contains far less functionality than it normally would.
Though case resolve button not show in the bar, but you can click 'Close Case' button, which can make case status change to 'Resolved'.
But it's impossible to create child case in the app.
