How to add Fixed Asset Number, Area and Employee Id in Barcode?

Hii,

How to embed/add following information in Fixed asset Barcode, right now when I scan it gives Fixed Asset Number only

- Fixed Asset Number

- Area

- Employee ID

in Fixed Asset Barcode, so that on scanning the barcode with barcode scanner, it should give Fixed Asset Number, Area and Employee Id in a text file and every time on new line.

How we can achieve it?

Hii,

Problem: When I scan Barcode label it should give me Fixed Asset ID + Asset Name. But It returns 20 characters only.

To achieve this I have done some customization in AssetBarCodeDP class. Here is the customization.

Here is Barcode Setup

Here is SSRS

Here is PDF

When I scan this barcode through Mobile or Barcoed scanner, it gives a string of 20 character only all the time..like

COM-0001TX-BASE RELA

How to get all the name from barcode when scanning.

I got it. Its is AssetBarCode Extended data type. Its string size was 20 and increased to 100.
