Hi,
I am facing this error "tempdb table field cannot be empty for recid when running" while viewing "Payment journal" report.
Strangely, only one user is facing this issue and all others are working fine.
I have checked the other blogs/posts and nothing working for me.

Is there any difference in security settings between this user and others? If not, you can try to reset usage data for this report.
