Hello everbody,
I was wondering why I don't get any Informations about my series in customer journey insight. When I am having a serial customer journey running every week, the behavioral Insights data are not the sum of the whole series in the last month. Instead I get only the data of each continous series. How can I see this data or even compare the weekly series to each other? Only in Power BI?
Does anyone have experience in that or use cases?

Hi Joannis,
Yes, there are only 3 filters(customer journey, start date time and end start time.) available to the Insights widget of Marketing app.
Due to currently system settings only allows us to export insights data to Azure blob storage, so Power BI is required for advanced analytics.
In addition, according to documentation: In future releases, we will also be able use the dataflow connector to get these data.
(As per my understanding, we may get these data via something like Web API, just as the current msdyncrm_LoadInteractionsPublic action to retrieve interactions per contact level, but it is still uncertain that when the feature will be released.)
