User Permission in NAV 2016

Hi All,

I would like to create a Purchaser User Permission where the User can access (create and post) the Payment Journal but not the General Journal or Cash Receipt Journal. The NAV installation is through Clickonce Application. So, I'm not sure the configuration mode is suitable in this case. Request your kind suggestion on achieving it.

    Hi Binesh,

    All these days I was doing reverse approach like creating the permission and then test the process and based on the errors adding the tables into the Permissions and the loop goes on. This feature is amazing. Thank you!!

    A query out of curiosity, based on Saurav's link, how it allow create SO alone and not create SI as both requires same table? Will it split based on the Document Type as well?

    I fully support Binesh, recording of permissions is very handy tool: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd568740(v=nav.90).aspx . However, you would most likely need to iterate it, as users will most likely not be able to execute all needed features based on your record from the first time :-).
