How can I copy multiple different Purchase Orders from the same vendor in one?

Please use Purchase order line -> Copy from all
Create a new purchase order and use the copy from all function in the Action panel.
This way you can select the lines from the purchase order that you need to copy.
But needs to be the same vendor in each purchase order.

There is no feature to merge multiple orders to one. If you have planned orders form master planning, you can group them per vendor. Possibly you can copy existing orders/order lines, but it will not delete existing orders.
