Rounding sales tax isn't working

Dear experts,

I face a problem about sales tax rounding. I have sales tax rounding setup as follows:

- Round-off : 1.00

- Rounding form : Rounding-up

then I try to create a transaction in Purchase order then input the sales tax and calculated sales tax amount is  39,473.86

if I use the rounding form as mentioned above the amount of sales tax is supposed to show 39,474.00

please help, or is there any missing configuration in sales tax rounding?

Thank you,

Regrads,

Vira

    Hi Vira,

This rounding is used when running Sales Tax Payments. It is not rounding on each invoice/transaction.

thank you fir the answer Andre,

but I tried in another environment with the same settings it shows the amount 39,474.00

is it possible the same settings but different environment causes different calculation?

    Hi Febriani Vira,

If it works in one of your environments but not in another one then please compare the setups that have been made especially your currency-rounding settings and the sales tax setups incl. the parameters. I believe that you are able to figure this out quickly.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

the problem is already solved. I miss a configuration in sales tax group > tab general > 'rounding by' field

in previous I select rounding by 'sales tax code' and I try to change with 'sales tax code combination' then the rounding in PO is work well

    thank you for help
