Why we cannot use in "Customer journey" Email expiration and "A/B testing" at the same time

Good day!

 

We cannot use in "Customer journey" Email expiration AND "A/B testing" at the same time.

Someone knows, it’s temporary and we need to wait it out while MS fix it,

OR

there is strong reason why we have this restriction? Which reason?

 

When in Custome Journey I activate Email expiration, A/B testing option became deactivated automatically:

And when I activated A/B testing, Email expiration deactivated automatically:

    Has there been any updates or discussion on making this available yet?

    I'm wondering like the author of this post on whether there was a concrete reason for why this wasn't made possible and whether there is a workaround for this?

    Thanks for providing details. This behavior is by design and you cannot enable email expiration when having AB testing enabled or vice-versa. There are plans to allow it for future releases but it's in pipeline and might take some time.

    Hello,

    Can you please provide more details about what are the steps (or screenshots) you are following and at what steps you are trying to use both A/B testing and Email expiration ?
