Can I set Default Personalisation Settings for Newly-Created Users?

We've manually disabled the Personalisation Setting titled Allow whether other users can send email for you in bulk across the production environment, but we need to do this for all new users as well as all existing ones.

Is there any way to set Personalisation Options defaults for new users, or do we have to do this process manually every time a new set of users are onboarded?

Hi,

In fact, when you create a new user, the setting of Allow whether other users can send email for you is disabled. And if you want to disabled this setting in bulk, you can use XRM ToolBox.

Steps:

1. Connect to your CRM.

2. Navigate to the Tools and click user Settings Utility.

3. Click Loads Users and settings button and then select the users . Finally, set the value of Allow emails on behalf to No and click Update User Setting button is ok.
