Can you be more specific on your question - many of us did. Do you ask for a specific template or a guidelines how to do this? For general architecture, refer to msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd354965(v=nav.90).aspx

Technical architecture will made(Generally) by the the customer level
Client IT Team those who assign to implementation project
you can get help the partners to prepare the technical architecture with their expertise if you want.
Some time the client (your side) doesn't having abstract technical architecture requirements vendor will propose it with how to do it and what you want .
eg : If you wanna go Cloud server / In house Server
then what are the architecture should be
