TOFU when printing to PDF

I work in IT support, and we have some users who are getting "Tofu"s when printing directly from Navision to PDF.

The issue is not normally present, but when there's Japanese writing, followed by numbers, the numbers come out like "[]".
-but only when writing to PDF, not when printing to the printer, nor when printing to word, and exporting/saving/printing word to PDF.

My guess is that the font used to write Japanese, doesn't include numbers which Navision PDF-printer can use..

How can I add fonts to Navision, so it'll support more characters/or how can I configure the PDF-printer built in to Navision?
