Team members can see everyone's time sheets? Bug or can it be fixed with security

Hey.

When Team Member license users want to edit/approve their own time sheets, it seems that they can see other time sheets as well.  How can this be fixed? An example is shown below.

I want to either remove that "Show list"button or restrict it so that Team Member users can only see their own when they push that button.

I've tried task recorder and then Security Diagnostics for task recordings without luck. Would appreciate some help here

Thank you

This is an interesting dilemma - in many companies a time keeper or team leader enters hours on behalf of others so needs to see those entries.

However, if the time sheet is open to all then it is open to entry to the wrong person with a similar name, or to mischievous adjustment.

So you may have to take previous advice about applying a filter- just be careful when you set up the query range that it is easy to maintain  when you add or delete employees or reassign other projects/companies etc.

I am facing the same issue. I found that when the user enters the timesheet from "My timesheets" this doesn't happen. They can click on the list on the right and the only ones they see are their own. When you enter from the Employee self service page, however, you can see all timesheets. This seems like a bug to me - we have asked Microsoft and they are looking into it for us at the moment. At the very least there shouldn't be that inconsistency based on the origin of the form.
