Which image shows the correct format ?

P.S. Foreign payment function has not been set up in GP yet.

Hi Les,

This is what I think it should be and so does our IT team.

However, the system has been designed by a consulting company.

They insist that image one is correct.

I need more votes to support my view.

Do you know where I can obtain a user manual with samples?

I have tried but not found any relevant documents.
