In the above code, I am trying to employe Id:13331 for those periods in projperiodEmpl table field name is 'period from'.
Suppose the date is not existing in TStimesheettable that time passes the message "message".

Why do you need to do some coding?
The standard application does that already and companies usually configure their periods for the next couple of years so that they do not run into this issue.
I don't understand the business requirement behind that.
