Problem with Bulk Deletion

Hello There,

How can I me get rid of this problem. I never had experience this problem ever. I did bulk deletion before, but this is new.

I am using Dynamics 365 Online. I have admin rights on the Environment.

I want to delete some records.

When I Click in the New Button in Setting>>Data Management

I am getting bellow error everytime.

Hello,

I don't think you can do anything with it. My recommendation is to get in touch with Microsoft and ask for support.

Hi,

If you're already the system admin. You should be able to new the bulk deletion job. Do you have another admin account with the same issue? If yes, I would suggest you to contact Microsoft support as this is online instance. You should provide the screenshot and the following error.
