Hi,

I have many companied using NAV 2015 and all the company run on the same stand report of NAV 2015. My question is why the report that run in detail trial balance show not the same format (Some company show only 1 line and some company show as many lines). Could you please help for this

Sorry, This is the correct one.

but the entries as before are the entries that should be show in General Ledger entries but the system combined all in one.

The entries you are looking for are not Ledger Entries.

You can check from the G/L Account or you can use Navigate functionality to check for the posted ledger entries.

Hi. GP

This is not the ledger entries you have attached the purchase or sales line screen, just got to the chart of accounts and select the account you need then go to the ledger entries or you can click on the balance field it will drill down to the ledger entries.

once you are in the ledger entries you can apply the filter and see you have data for the selected filter or not also you can attached it here for us to get clear idea

Its Look Like You don't have ledger entries for the selected filters of the second company, can you attached the screenshot of the ledger entries of the second company with the filters that you applied on the report to get a clear picture.

I have enter only the No. in the filter and let other option as default. Also already checked in GL.
