Zetadocs Express - Save and Send Error Message

Hi All,

When using the 'Save and Send' Function usign Zetadocs Express on NAV 2009 RTC Version 32329 a client of ours gets the following message:

"This Message is for C/AL Programmers: Unable to create an instance of Automation Server OApplication Class with CLSID = 4dd4a3ab-b2fb-4852-a2c8-7c4691c536ea Creating an instance of the COM Component with CLSID {4DD4A3AB-B2FB-4852-A2C8-7C4691C536EA} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80070005. ."

The Client runs a terminal server environment only 1 machine has a Zetadocs installation, and the software is also installed on the SQL server.

This happens intermittently for all users and happens on most document pages.

I tried to get the Users log files but they could not find any in the Temp folders.

Any help regarding the error message or what to look for would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Stewart

RE: Zetadocs Express - Save and Send Error Message

    Hi Rajasekhar,

Thank you for your reply. I don't believe this makes a difference? Sometiems the save and send works so when it doesn't there is a problem, but when it does it's okay. So even if it is not in either of those places it does work sometimes. Unless the Add-in could be moved/removed form those places by something other than manually? I will get the user to check anyway, thanks for your suggestion.

Please check whether the ZetaDocs is in the following location

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\Service\Add-ins

in navision Run the Clinet Addin table and see whether the Zetadocs addin was specified
