
We are using Field Services CE
We have a new customer coming on board. It is a gas station with 4 pumps.
They want one workorder but we need to track all the work done for each pump.
They have specific values they need coded so this is a requirement.
They would also like 1 prelim invoice per pump. (done in Field Services).
We would also like to start tracking details on each pump.
I have no idea on how to go about doing this.
Is there any possibility?
Is there a way to do sub-workorders perhaps then merge them?
If I remember correctly OOB if you use 1 work order to track the 4 pumps then it will create 1 invoice with 4 invoice products.
But if you decide to use 4 work orders for each pump it will give you 4 different invoices.
So I think you would need to do some customisations or custom code to do this atleast.
I imagine you would create seperate Assets for these pumps? Then you can track these
