Hi,
 
Please can you investigate why I am getting the below error when sending order 253162 for approval.
 
I have since requested approval for order 253165 and that worked fine, it is just this order that I am getting the error, and I cannot see anything wrong with it.
 
And User-Marcela is trying to approve the order. Below is the screenshot for your reference.

    Check the Approval entries - was this Order approved or not. You can also Cancel the approval request and then either delete this or ask approval again.

    Also would be good to see how this Workflow MS-SOAPW-01 is defined - maybe You add a restriction somewhere but forgot to add where it gets taken off.

    Can you go to the 'Restricted Records' page and see if this document was listed there?
    If yes, delete the record and re-send it for approval.

    It seems this document was not completely processed. May be due to incorrect workflow setup.
     
    You can search for page Restricted records and delete entry from that page to access this document.
