Hi Everyone,
As you know, when there is lead, we will either qualify or disqualify it; when qualified, the lead is set as read-only and a related Opportunity is created; then we work on the Opportunity until it is Closed Lost or Closed Won.
Now, assume I have a list of leads generated in the last year. What's the best way to get a report of the last status of every lead? For "status", I mean, if a lead is qualified, I wanted to know if it is closed won or lost.
Also, how do I find out how much time we spent on average from new lead to the last "status"?
Kindly provide some step by step guide if convenient.
