Is it possible to swap Resources and Time on the new Schedule Board

Hi All
 
I am looking for some advice please. In the new Schedule Board, the Resources is on the Left side and Working Time is on the top.
 
Is it possible to see Working Time on the Left and Resources on the Top? How to achieve this.
