How to get a note from RecordLinks table

I want to get Purchase Quote Note in the RecordLinks table 
But I can't find link between the two tables, I tried to find No. field but I cannot find it.

for example, here I want to get Note "test 03" corresponding to  1001 · Progressive Home Furnishings Purchase Quote
