Hi,
 
I am currently trying to setup the VAT for a customer in Germany. The headquarter is in Sweden where I am familiar with the VAT setup.
Is there anyone that have some print screens or anything from D365 FO with example for the report field lookup and the most common VAT codes used?
 
In Sweden we have the same VAT codes for
* domestic sales and domestic purchase
* EU sales and purchase
 
but for the examples I have seen so far there are different VAT codes in Germany for domestic sales, domestic purchase, EU sales and EU purchase etc.

    You can check out this official document: VAT declaration (Germany) - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article describes how to set up and generate an advance value-added tax (VAT) declaration for Germany in the official XML format. This article also explains how to preview the VAT declaration in Microsoft Excel. It also explains how to configure system parameters and set up a VAT declaration for Germany.
