Is there an built in report in D365 that can provide what user groups particular users belong to

    I don't see any report available for this. You can create a customized report for this.

    I was able to find an export in Data Management named User Group Export that provided the information in case you need it moving forward.

    Hy Mike,

    no report inside D365FO as far as I know, you need to export or query DMF and use UserGroupUserList Entity.
