Our customer recently added a secondary operation in some routes.
They use the Quantity report window in Shop floor control to enter the finnished quantities in the system. In this window quantities cannot be entered for secondary operations and when they hit the Approve button an error message is displayed:
"Feedback quantity 10,00 does not match the previous operation finished quantity 0,00. Allowed production surplus is 0,00"
10 is the entered quantity of the primary operation.
Isn't it possible to report quantities for secondary operations using SFC, and in that case why do AX check this values at all?
