Zetadocs - failed to search for documents.

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I receive this error when i try to connect to sharepoint from Dynamics NAV.

There was a problem connecting to SharePoint site 'http://resultat1.sharepoint.com/Zetadocs/'.

The target SharePoint site is missing columns or the target list does not exist.

Please ensure that the target SharePoint site has been configured correctly for operation with Zetadocs and that your system settings are correct.

Any suggestions?

This was resolved by ensuring the correct URL was specified in the 'SharePoint Online Site' field of the 'Zetadocs General Settings' Form,

    ie https://resultat1.sharepoint.com/

    Hi!

I've done what you've written but i still get the same error. I checked the columns and the content types and it's all there.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hello Sebastien,

    - The path to your Office 365 Document library (as specified in the Zetadocs General Settings Form) should not include the name of the document library "Zetadocs". I notice you have included "Zetadocs" in the URL but I am not sure if this is the site name or the document library? If it is the document library then you should remove it and try again.

    - In Office 365, please can you go to 'Site Settings | Site Columns' and verify that the Zetadocs columns are shown? Also go to 'Site Settings | Site Content types' and verify the Zetadocs content type has been added?

Please let me know the above and I'll be happy to assist further.

    Thank you.
