Guides missing from environment

I have a guides license for the next 8 months.  I have been using the same environment for the last year.  Today, I login into my Guides app and it is asking for me to sign up.  I use the same credentials and now all of my guides are gone.  

I did notice that in my environemts dashboard  that it had (Trial expires in 26 days) which is new and I know that we have this environment for a long time.

Question:  Are my guides gone?  Anyone know what or why this could have happened?

    Hi Partner,

    You need go to PPAC to check all environment under the tenant.

    And click 'Recently deleted environment' button to check if any have been deleted, you can recover it if you find it.

    If you don't find original environment in PPAC, you must contact Microsoft Support team for help as soon as possible:

    Your guides are likely not gone. This issue may be related to your environment switching to a trial status. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Verify Environment: Ensure you are logged into the correct environment. Sometimes, it can default to a trial environment.

    2. Check Licenses: Confirm your Dynamics 365 Guides license is active and correctly assigned.

    3. Contact Support: Reach out to Microsoft Support with details about your environment and license status.

    4. Backup and Restore: If you have backups, you can restore your guides after resolving the environment issue.
