I have discovered that the amount of storage we have available for our Dynamics 365 instance has been exceed by over 60% and this is now causing us issues.
On investigation we see that near half the data is logs.
Anyone know what these logs are and how we reduce the amount of storage they are using?
Hi Jon,
You can reduce log storage by deleting audit logs.
Please refer to docs.microsoft.com/.../free-storage-space
Go to Settings > Auditing.
In the Audit area choose Audit Log Management.
Select the oldest audit log, then choose Delete Logs.
Hi,
Addition to what asuugested in above post, you could also delete system jobs to reduce the storage of Dynamics 365.
