Saved some custom context variables. I want to show that variable in the agent dashboard(Like pre-chat survey answers shown in the dashboard). Is it possible?

Can you provide screenshot about ‘agent dashboar’ you mentioned above.
I can’t view pre-chat survey answers in the ominichannel agen dashboard.

What you need is that show custom context variables in conversion form, right?

I am not using the dynamics chat widget. I am working on the custom channel, and integrate it with directLine api.
