Project Task Start Date in the past

Hi

I want to be able to set the start date of a task to a date in previous month, but the system reverts it back to the beginning of the current month.

In example, today is 24/11/2021, I set the start date of the first task to 01/10/2021 (October)  but the system will update it to 01/11/2021 (current month, November)

I guess there is a validation happening but I cannot find where it is or how to overwrite it.

Does anyone have any idea?
