Background:
We are ready to implement F/S version 8.x.
Our field service technicians each have several different standard charge-out rates (prices), depending on which Canadian province they are dispatched to and whether they are working on a union site or a private contractor site.
My implementation:
For my testing I have set up resources and input their hourly cost on the Field Service tab of the Bookable Resource form.
I have set up a standard price list and set up role pricing in that list. I have linked role prices to the resources.
On the Work Order Bookable Resource Booking, I see nowhere to attach a role / role price for a tech so I can price services.
Results:
When I enter Work Order services I can attach a services line to a booking, but again see nowhere to assign a role / role price to that service or booking.
As a result I'm having to manually price services.
Any thoughts on what I've missed would be appreciated.
