Cents disappearing between ups worldship and shipcarrierstaging table.

I have been working on the shipping integration for my company currently have the ship manager software import/export working correctly. Ups seems to be a different story though. The issue boils down to the shippingcharge entry and the fact that with ups no matter the charge the cents are always missing. Any Idea on why this would work with fedex and not ups?

Just want to add a note that we were able to fix this. seems that with the worldship software you need to map the output to the txt fields. ie..
